DO NOT USE THIS FORUM TO CANCEL/Call-in TO A CLASS OR PRIVATE LESSON
Do not use this forum to reserve a spot in open pole classes.
No spam.
Do not ask questions about moves you have not yet been taught at your level.
Only our instructors or students who have completed at least 3 sessions of R&C or 2 sessions of R&C plus one session of Level 5 may answer questions on how to perform basic through intermediate moves.
Only our instructors certified in advanced pole dancing can answer questions about how to perform advanced moves.
If you wish to know about a move that varies slightly from our curriculum, feel free to ask about it in you assigned level category OR in "The Club" forum so that we can let you know if it is coming up in the current or a future level - OR if it is appropriate you will receive instruction/help on performing that move.
If you find something new that you wish to share with others, feel free to post it in the appropriate category under "The Dance Floor" but please do not ask for how-to advice.
