While we are strong supporters of X-pole and still maintain it is the BEST and SAFEST pole on the market....ETEDance will not stock and sell a more economically priced "starter" pole.

After limited trials with this pole we are prepared to sell it to students as long as they acknowledge the limitations of this pole. It will have a very limited market as this pole is not as strong and will not be usable for advanced moves, inverts, layback.

However, we feel it is safe, when used within it's limitations, for all basic and most intermediate moves.

It is also limited to ceiling heights of 7.5-8.5 feet and requires a bracket screwed in place in the ceiling. So this is not a fully portable pole that you can take with you from location to location.

And while the manufacturer allows for weight limits of up to 200 pounds by the user, ETED is STRONGLY stating that we only recommend users of up to 160 pounds.

Additionally this pole does not come with a manufacturer's warranty nor can ETEDance warranty this product.

Basically - it's a beginner pole to try out pole dancing, and keep up with practice at home.

The pole will sell for $135 - nearly a third of the cost of the X-pole.
